Kore Cafe is the cafe inside Parkridge Medical Center. Most of our guests are staff on a short break, plus patients and visitors who need something good without leaving the building.
Speed, warmth, and consistency matter more than novelty here. A nurse with eleven minutes left doesn't need a concept — she needs a hot plate that is ready, that tastes the same as it did last Tuesday, and that will still be doing its job at four in the afternoon. So we cook to order, keep it moving, and send you back upstairs without wasting the break.
We're on the ground floor, past the elevators. Weekdays we're on from late morning into the afternoon; weekends we open early. Order ahead and we'll have it ready when you come down.
