Three steps, no back and forth
Step 01
Send the request
Trays, headcount, day, and time. 24 hours is the minimum notice; a week is better for anything over forty people.
Step 02
We confirm the details
You'll hear back within one business day with a firm quote, a pickup or delivery time, and anything we need to swap for allergies.
Step 03
It shows up ready
Trays arrive labeled, with serving utensils, napkins, and plates. Coffee comes in carafes with cups and fixings.

What a tray costs
Free delivery on orders of $50 or more, and no service charge. Prices do not include TN sales tax.

All regular menu items can be catered at counter price — just ask. Setup, serving utensils, plates, napkins, and tray pickup afterward are included.

Tell us what you need
The estimate updates as you go. Nothing is charged here — we confirm the final number by email first.
Cancellations
Free up to 24 hours out. Inside that window we'll have already bought and prepped, so we charge for the food.
Allergies
Tell us in the notes. We label every tray and keep swaps separate, but everything is made in one kitchen.
Payment
Card at pickup, or a department charge code if you have one. Invoices go out the same day.
Standing orders
Recurring weekly meetings get a standing slot and a fixed price. Email us and we'll set it up once.
